Smart Scheduling automatically manages your task deadlines so you can focus on what matters. Settings Configure in Settings → Smart Scheduling: Auto-promote: Enable/disable escalation Daily "Do Now" limit: Max tasks in important/urgent quadrant (default: 5) Auto-push: Enable/disable pushing Push days: How many days to push forward (1-7) Auto-rollover: Enable/disable rollover Rollover mode: By X days or to specific weekday Max overdue threshold: Skip rollover if task is too old (default: 14 days)
